Halloween Party

I can't believe October is over! It was a fun month with great Halloween crafts and games! I know the kids were looking forward to dressing up in their costumes! We started our Halloween party with a few games. We played Hot Pumpkin (hot potato), Hookey Spookey (Hokey Pokey), Ghost, Ghost, Witch (Duck, Duck, Goose) and a cute rhyming game where the kids did a "trick". Thank you to all of the Moms for joining us for lunch and for bringing goodies to share! I had a lot of fun and hope you enjoyed the party too!

New School Year!

I hope everyone had a wonderful summer! I am very excited to start teaching preschool again and get to know all the new kids this year! The 2009-2010 school year will start on Tuesday, September 8th. Class begins at 9:00 and ends at 11:45.

If your child is in the Monday class, we will be having class on Wednesday the 9th to make up for the Labor Day holiday.

There will be a short meeting on Thursday, September 3rd at 4 p.m. I will be handing out Welcome packets and a student information sheet which will need to be filled out. If you are unable to attend, please let me know so we can work something out. PLEASE BRING A PICTURE OF YOUR CHILD TO THE MEETING FOR OUR "PRESCHOOL HELPER CHART"!!!
